Khövsgöl (or in Mongolian: Хөвсгөл) is the most northern province of Mongolia and is most famous for the enormous Khövsgöl Lake (pictured). This area is renowned for offering fantastic natural beauty in the form of dense green forests, rivers, pristine lakes and great mountain ranges (peaking above 2000 meters).
