Myrtle Beach is a popular beach resort town in the US state of South Carolina. It lies along the so-called "Grand Strand", an interrupted 60 mile long stretch of beaches and brings in tourists from both the southern and northern states especially during the summer months.

During that time of year, you will find packed beaches, crowded bars and fully booked hotels in Myrtle Beach. Chances are you will be spending your time predominantly in three places: the resort of your choice, the beach (where you will be baking, swimming and surfing) and Broadway at the Beach. The latter is a huge entertainment venue in town that features tons of bars, shops, movie theatres, restaurants and even a water park and aquarium as well as other forms of nightlife. It's guaranteed to entertain every member of your family and it's all good fun. Another similar venue further to the north is Barefoot Landing.

If it's your thing, you can even throw a game of golf into your itinerary. But after saying that, we have quite frankly exhausted the list of things to do in Myrtle. It's mostly baking, eating and drinking, and that's not a bad thing. [Review by travelindicator]
